So High : Creating a Higher Vibration to attract the things you want

What is it that you’ve always wanted in life? A new home, more money, better relationships or a successful business? Prior to the tender age of 29, I struggled in the life department. I struggled with keeping a job, staying out of debt and figuring out my life purpose. I was a hot mess y’all! But, even in the darkest times, I intuitively knew there is beauty in every struggle.

It wasn’t until I read a book called, “Feeling is the Secret” by Neville Goddard, where I learned that our emotions or feelings create our life experiences. In this book he talks about how everything is energy and the things that make up our world has a unique vibration, including you. You see, every emotion we feel has a frequency to it and will ultimately attract things of “like” vibration. These vibrations are either operating at a high or low frequency. Here are some examples of differing emotions and their frequency:

High Frequency Emotions

Love
Gratitude
Happiness
Peace

Low Frequency Emotions

Fear
Worry
Anxious
Depression
Hate

We live in a universe that is impartial and will always give you what you FEEL you are worthy of having. These emotions will create a vibration to attract the life that you love or the life that you hate. You see, we live in a nonphysical reality. I know that sounds like some esoteric nonsense, but it’s true! Even scientists are confirming what mystics and gurus have been saying for thousands of years. Did you know that our bodies, the car you drive, the house you live in and the chair you’re sitting in is made up of 99.999999 percent of empty space. So, how do we stay high and create a vibration that attracts more of the things you do want and less of the things you don’t? Here’s how:

  1. Shift your thoughts from the problem to the solution.
  2. Ask this question to the universe: What do I need to become to experience XYZ?
  3. Affirm your desired outcome with GRATITUDE. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You that we just closed on our dream home!
  4. Begin to FEEL your desired outcome and become grateful for it.
  5. Visualize what the desired outcome will look, taste, and feel like.

This little shift in mindset has literally changed my life. Now, ANY situation that compromises my peace and sanity I refer back to steps 1-5. Instantly, I begin to feel light as a feather, and bursting at the seams with an abundance of gratitude for life.
